The Annual Home Owners Association (HOA) meeting took place February 4th at the Schimelpfenig Library. We had the largest turnout in years. The HOA Board of Directors presented a summary of 2009 activities, the 2009 financial records, and the 2010 financial budget for the HOA. Issues, concerns, and comments were heard and discussed regarding the HOA and our Plano PD Crime Watch liason gave a status and took questions.
